Parking at #BFF2016

We are so excited to have you join us this weekend!

If you are not walking or biking to the Festival this weekend (which we strongly encourage as the weather will be (mostly) beautiful), here are some details regarding parking for all of the #BFF2016 events! If you haven't seen it yet, read the full schedule here.

BSU Special Events Center (SPEC): Parking will be available at the Lincoln Garage in any space that is not designated by a sign. Please remember your space number and proceed to pay at a nearby kiosk, which are available on each floor by the staircase. You will be prompted by the kiosk to remember your space number and select "Boise Film Festival" on the screen when given the option. You will be taken through a series of steps and pay $2.00 for all-day parking. Once the transaction is finished, you will receive a receipt (that you do not have to place on the dash of your car).

There is also additional free 2 hour parking on the street, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, where signs are posted.

Studio 208 (Storyteller Content): Here's a great video on how to get there and where to park. If you don't like watching YouTube videos or used up all your data on your phone already, Studio 208 is located in The 951 apartment complex. It is an easy walk or bike ride from downtown, but there is also a small amount of parking on the left-hand side of the building next to the coffeeshop (not the street side). There is also street parking if you follow E. Park Blvd towards Walnut Street (which runs alongside Municipal Park) or in the parking lot at Julia Davis (across from Walgreens at the corner of Myrtle and Broadway).

Amsterdam Lounge (Opening Night Party on Friday, Sept 24 at 7:00 PM): downtown parking is available for free after 6:00 PM on Friday and Amsterdam is centrally located so it is a quick walk/skip/waltz from any parking spot.

Freak Alley ("Oh Beautiful Boise" Live Art Performance on Saturday, Sept 25 from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM): downtown parking is available for free on the weekends and Freak Alley is centrally located so it is a quick walk/skip/waltz from any parking spot.

Payette Brewing Co. (Awards Ceremony on Saturday, Sept 25 at 6:00 PM): The River Street Tap Room has plenty of parking available on the facility site and can overflow into the various surrounding office building parking lots.

Doc's Bar (BFF After Party on Sunday, Sept 26 at 7:00 PM): There is a small amount of parking spots next to and behind Doc's Bar (between Woodland Empire and Pre-Funk), but we encourage you to find street parking in the nearby area (Doc's is located on Front Street between 12th St and 11th St).
